Beauty Ark's BLecture #374:
🤗 Be weary of Salons that aren't clean; hair on floor, dirty or worn out nail files and buffers, nail clippings, debris, and dust all over the place ... unkept restrooms without liquid soap and disposable paper towels!
Beauty Ark says: "Rather walk out because violation of hygiene in Beauty Salons will cost you your health, time, and money."
Also, run from Therapists that do not sanitize your hands [and theirs too] or feet before performing any nail or pedicure service; 💥 (((jump))) out of the salon if you find staff eating on the salon floor!
And, ...
Stay away from salons that use products from unlabeled containers and challenge hairdressers and stylists that:
• Do not wash and sanitize their hands before touching your hair.
• Cannot explain how they clean and disinfect their nail files, clippers, buffers, combs, and tools when asked.
• Do not provide each client with a sealed cold or hot beverage (if offered).
• Do not use clean, and freshly laundered aprons and towels, or disposable towels.
• Will not show you proof of professional certification and training when you ask to see it.
• Say they are too busy to properly offer you attention and advise, or jump from client to client whilst busy with you.
• Do not discuss concerns, ask questions, or give you proper consultation before starting a service.
