Take note of the following in any of our NWU accommodations:

1.NSFAS funded:
No deposit and we will never ask you to pay any deposit.

2.Bursary funded student:
No deposit and we will never ask you to pay any deposit.

3.Self-funded:
You are required to have the first 3 months rent upfront before you move in. That is a standard procedure from the landlords who have accommodations around Vaal.It is not up to us as as a property agency. You pay the 3 months rental amount directly to the landlord business bank account.

4.NOTE:
We at Kas Student Hub do not take any monies from students. We do not take any rental payments to our business bank account.You pay the rent directly to the landlord business bank account.
