The reality? That property was listed by the mandated agent at R2 495 000 and has already been conclusively SOLD!

🚩 This is a serious red flag. Please exercise extreme caution and independently verify the advertiser’s credentials and authority to market the property before engaging or paying any money.

Whether you’re buying or renting, protect yourself:

✅ VERIFY WHO YOU’RE DEALING WITH. Use a reputable estate agency and check both the agency’s and agent’s registration with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Don’t simply take their word for it.
