In 2020, Kim and Hilton joined forces and quickly became a strong presence in the White River property market. With nearly 50 years of combined real estate experience, they built a reputation for results, integrity, and always putting their clients first.
Over the past five years, their hard work was recognised with multiple awards a reflection of their passion for property and the trust their clients placed in them. Above all, they focused on people, always going the extra mile.
As with any great journey, change became part of the story. In 2025, Hilton and his family were given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity where his daughter would train with top athletic trainers in the country, opening the door to a possible Olympic future.
This new chapter meant that Hilton could no longer commit to a formal partnership. While the partnership has ended, the relationship remains. Kim and Hilton will continue to support one another and work together as needed, ensuring clients receive the trusted service they know and expect.
Thank you to every client, colleague, and supporter who has been part of this journey. The journey continues, just in a new and exciting way.
