🦅 🦅 VULTURE BREEDING SEASON HAS BEGUN 🦅

The Cape Vultures are now entering their important breeding season in the Central Drakensberg. During this time these magnificent birds rely heavily on safe feeding sites to support both adult birds and their chicks.

The Vulture Hide would like to appeal to farmers and landowners in the area for any available carcasses to assist with feeding and conservation efforts. Every contribution helps protect these endangered birds and supports successful breeding colonies.

Your support plays a vital role in conserving one of South Africa’s most important scavengers and keeping our ecosystem healthy.
