We have 250 residential plots for sale.
50 plots are going on promotion at K5,000
Each plot is 20m x 20m
The plots are 4km from the Bulangililo Bridge in New Kitwe along the gravel road.
Payment plan is K2,500
And the final K2,500 after 30 days.
After 50 of the promotional plots are sold we will grade the plots internal roads aswell as grading the 4km stretch from our project to the Bulangililo bridge.
Once the roads are graded after the promotion the remaining 200 plots will be on sale at K15,000 each
