If only agents had a crystal ball, they could tell homeowners the perfect time to sell, and how much they’ll get for their house. They could show buyers the future and assure them that buying now isn’t a mistake, and the house will surely be worth way more when they sell years from now. And on a selfish note, they could see into the future and avoid working with clients that are going to waste their time and never end up in a closing.

Whether it’s just sleight of hand, or actual magic, being a magician could be useful in those moments. Or, if all else fails, just make like David Copperfield and disappear.

The TEN things I wish other agents would stop doing (because it makes us all look bad) is......
1. Caring more about the money than helping the customer
2. Bad mouthing other agents
3. Posting BAD pictures...
4. Stop hoarding the listing to get both sides of the commission.
5. Taking reduced commissions because they are unable to compete as full service agents.
6. Overpricing listings just to get them, yelling at clients, lying to clients, badmouthing listings. It all tarnishes the REALTOR brand which hurts us all 🙁
7. Treating the other agent like the enemy and not the partner in closing!
8. Being DISHONEST
9. Not answer there phones or call back for DAYS!!
10. YOU CAN ADD YOURS SO THAT WE SEE HOW WE CAN IMPROVE OUR SERVICES.
