One of the stressful issues of leaving away from home is the question of what to expect when you return back home. Our staying outside Zambia for a few years, though close to Zambia, we missed the opportunity to invest back home because you are sometimes sceptical about the safety and genuineness or legitimacy of the land you are buying without being here.
