OUR SERVICES INLCUDE:
1. FULL PACKAGE:
This is provided to people who do not own titled plots. We therefore source titled plots which are then allocate to these people and then build house on them.
2. HALF PACKEG:
This is provided to people who own titled plots. We then go on site to build houses for them or finish an unfinished structure for those who with unfinished structures.
PAYMENT PERIOD:
To buy a house on RENT TO OWN A HOUSE payment plan can cost you as low as K1, 500 only per month for a period ranging from a minimum of 5 years to a maximum of 50 years.

SERVICE DELIVERY PROCEDURE:
To begin the process to your home ownership, kindly follow the laid down service procedure as here below which is divided into two stages as follows:
STAGE 1:
- Join the RENT TO OWN A HOUSE-home-ownership housing scheme
- As a member, you will have the passport to receive our services leading to your homeownership.
- Fill in the Membership Form provided in order to be our member. This is what establishes our formal relationship in the scheme and entitles you to receive our great services available on the housing market across Zambia.
- Proof of Membership Fee payment
- Membership card to soon be issued
STAGE 2:
- A relationship manager will schedule an appointment with each member for case presentation
- Building design selection and construction costs agreements to be made
- Contract issued and signed
- Time table of construction issued by Site Manager
- Completion of works certificate to be issued and property handed over to the owner by relationship manager and site manager
MEMBERSHIP FEE:
The membership fee to the scheme is K2, 500 only which should be paid through any of these 3 modes of payment provided as follows:
