NOTICE: RESUMPTION OF PLOT SALES, HOUSING CONSTRUCTION & REFUNDS

Dear Valued Clients,

We are pleased to announce that road works at Emerald Park have been successfully completed, and grading works have resumed at Ridgehill Estate in Lusaka. In addition, development works will soon commence at Chaminuka Estate, and we are reopening sales of plots and housing units at our Lewanika City and Riverview Estate projects.

We also wish to inform all clients that refund processing is being accelerated. A comprehensive refund schedule will be available for viewing from Monday, 27th October 2025, at our lawyers’ offices located at 9 Katopola Road, Rhodes Park, Lusaka. The same schedule will also be published on this page and in the Zambia Daily Mail next week.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, trust, and understanding throughout this process. Our team will now intensify marketing of all plots that have been made available for relocation or resale.

All NHEF Empowerment Fund clients intending to purchase a new plot, request reallocation, or seek a refund must complete this form. This also applies to new clients purchasing a plot for the first time.

CLEAR PATH for everyone to be refunded or relocated. This is the path:

✅ RELOCATION: EVERYONE ONE will first either be relocated or remain on their existing plot and given a physical plot by being taken to site and given possession of their respective plots.

✅ REFUNDS: Those who opt for REFUNDS will then be asked to give the company CONSENT to SALE their relocated and viewed physical plot and once sold, money will be paid DIRECTLY to their respective BANK accounts ONLY.

We are pleased to inform you that road works are progressing steadily at the estate. Road grading works will be completed in Emerald Park tomorrow and grading of roads finally moves to RidgeHill Phase 2, 4 and 5

Our surveyor, Mr. Lweendo, continues the beaconing exercise in Emerald Park Sub B, and has confirmed that this will be completed by Sunday. Upon completion, road works in Sub B will commence on Tuesday next week.

Residents and Plot Owners in Emerald Park can now collect their Starlink internet passwords and vehicle security passes from the HOA Manager, Patricia, who is available for assistance at +260 777 992 705.

EMERALD PARK ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE UPDATE

We are pleased to inform you that road works are progressing steadily at the estate despite grader breakdown on Saturday. Works had halted for 3 days as extensive repairs were being performed.

The heavy-duty diesel grader remains active on site as of today, with over 6 kilometers of grading already completed. Approximately 4 to 6 kilometers of road work remain to be completed within Sub D.

Our surveyor, Mr. Lweendo, continues the beaconing exercise in Sub B, and has confirmed that this will be completed by Sunday. Upon completion, road works in Sub B will commence on Tuesday next week.

Our surveyor, Mr. Lweendo, has confirmed that beaconing of Sub B will be completed by Sunday, after which road works will begin on Tuesday next week.

A heavy-duty diesel grader has been mobilized to site. However, the start of road works has been slightly delayed due to the ongoing diesel shortage affecting Lusaka.

Over 10 kilometers of road grading and maintenance are scheduled for completion in the next few days.

Meanwhile, the construction of the perimeter security wall and installation of Starlink internet across the estate are progressing well and are expected to be completed by next week Friday.

UPDATE: EMERALD PARK

Good morning, Residents and Plot Owners,

We are pleased to inform you that water is now available at two key locations within the estate — near the security entrance in Sub G and Plot 50 in Sub G.

These two points are currently producing a combined 40,000 litres of water per day.

We will also be installing new borehole pumps at two additional sites where the original equipment was stolen during the period of site inactivity.

Residents in Sub G and Sub F can now access water for their plots. A monthly fee for water usage will be announced soon.

We are also happy to confirm that road works will begin this week. Grading will be carried out across Sub G, Sub F, and Sub D to ensure smooth access to all plots in these areas.
