CONDITIONS FOR IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AUCTION:

1. All purchases are strictly CASH or RTGS and are subject to Auctioneer’s Commission of 5% and Administration Fee of 2% which is to be paid in Full by the purchaser.
2. A refundable deposit of RTGS$10 000.00 to be paid to obtain a BUYER’S CARD, refundable upon complying with all sale conditions.
3. Catalogues will be sold to all prospective buyers at RTGS$250.00 from our offices and on auction day.
4. Sale confirmations are done by the Resident Magistrate and the buyers should wait for confirmations.
5. Bidders should bear that Full Payment of purchase price is done through Messenger of Court only after Confirmation by the Resident Magistrate.
6. ZIMRA’s 5% shall be deducted from the Purchase Price and Rates arrears shall be deducted the Purchase Price.
7. The only expenses that shall be met by the Buyer shall be transfer fees to the Lawyers nominated by the Messenger of the Court.
8. For any advance Deposit Payments, please note the transfer should be done and reflect into PROLIFIC LIFE HOMES (the auctioneer’s) account before Auction date to obtain a buyer’s Card.

NOTE: THE HIGHEST BIDDER MAY NOT WITHDRAW HIS OR HER BID PRIOR TO THE DATE OF CONFIRMATION OF THE SALE OR REJECTION OF HIS OR HER OFFER. IF HE/SHE ELECTS TO WITHDRAW, HIS OR HER DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
