word of Advise to First time homeowners or stand buyers.
there is word that says anybody who is into real estate is a smart thief or con man but today im going to tell you what lays on the ground and how you fall prey to such market preditors.
I'll give you an outline to awaken your over ambitious and excited mind that you are about to buy the greatest asset in your life, which is either a house or stand. so hang on a second and read this out.
this article serves to help you make the right choice and get the right property for the value of your money.
1) consider what you want to buy, i.e buying what kind of a house 3beds or 7beds, how many en-suites if any you would want or what size of a stand, a 200sqm, 3000sqm, acre etc
2) consider your budget, i.e the amount you would spend without getting out of your means or reach, Don't strain your finances to far, there is always valued property for money
3) location, location is everything, dont expect to buy a house in the brooke for 90 000, even though the figure is lump-sum. Take a look at the lifestlye you would wanna live out when you there, consider the costs of relocating to your new neighborhood or the cost of building in that area
4) Be thorough when you engage any agent, dont hesitate to ask QUESTIONS and dont just ask questions only, ask for the real Papers of that property in question, get to read them yourself and please please go view the property in person, talk to the person who resides there if its a house the challenges they face with the house and in the neighborhood. if its a stand ask who the owner is, who developed the stands, if it has title deeds ask for a copy of it, if its a cession, ask who handles the cession.
