With our primary business being infrastructure development and real estate, everything that we have touched has turned into gold. We have consistently distinguished ourselves through the delivery of quality properties in both residential and commercial sectors. Underpinned by our substantial land bank of more than 1300 hectares, we are glad to have exceeded expectations through timeous delivery of

either housing or commercial properties notwithstanding the enormity of the economic challenges characterising our operating environment. Because our clients are found across various income segments, we have come up with a model that makes it possible for us to deliver houses or commercial properties to our clients as finished or shell. Alternatively, we are also amenable to selling a stand and build the property for the client thus transferring the burden that comes with executing such projects from our clients to the experts. By offering a wide-range of options, we are making life easier for our clients to structure their funding accordingly. Our Promise to deliver is based on the following key performance attributes:

1. We have largely structured our funding in a way that minimised our exposure to debt;

2. We work with like-minded partners and share risks as we believe that it is better to own one percent of an elephant than 100 percent of a rat. Through the long-term relationships that we have structured, this has made it possible for us to develop partnerships with funding institutions and service providers of note. Institutions in our value chain desire long-term relationships;

3. We have remained a lean business, anchored on a young and creative team with the drive to learn;

4. We are in this business for the long haul and will not give up our ethical and transparent business practices for anything. It is not surprising therefore that pension funds that are the custodians of individuals and corporates’ life savings are entrusting us with building their houses and we have only been too happy to grow their balance sheets;

5. Many lifestyle-conscious people appreciate the fact that the communities that we are building are unique and have no qualms with spending their entire lives enjoying the comforts that come with their chosen environs.
