Eagle Hills just sent me details for the Marina at Ramhan Island!

1,126 marina apartments
125 branded apartments
A marina with 150+ berths
A yacht club
1.7km retail and dining promenade.

These are the first - and I believe only - apartments Ramhan has ever offered.

Everything to date has been villas - 1,234 in total.

No prices yet, and no payment plan. Anyone quoting you any numbers today is guessing which is potentially misleading and something I would not want to do.

When the developer sends me a new video, it can only mean one thing - they’re ready!

I think the marina at Ramhan Island will launch any day. Apartments, penthouses, we believe 170 berths and a Bristol Hotel.

Lots of bells and whistles, and other tools that nobody in this market has built yet - as far as I’m aware.

But also bulk buying power - and the events will be super valuable too. I happen to know a thing or two about events, and this is going to be good!

Three things I did in response to the crisis this year:

1. I sent the kids to Switzerland 😂
It was a good chance for them to perfect their French

2. I focussed on my fitness again
In Jan and Feb that had fallen off a cliff.

3. Became an AI geek and started going to bed at 3am all the time 🤓🤓
