This client searched for 24 months. Large land, double shed, owner-occupier street, safe neighbourhood, within 50 minutes of the CBD and a budget to match. A very specific brief. Most agents would have told them to compromise. We didnโ€™t.

This client was not a bad investor. He was fully informed. He just got stuck in the research loop โ€” and it cost him $200,000 to $300,000.
