Set quietly within Croydon Park’s increasingly design-conscious inner-west pocket, 18 Overland Road could easily have disappeared beneath subdivision plans and developer sketches. The zoning allowed for it, and the market encouraged it. And yet, from the very first inspection, vendors Adam and David saw something else entirely.
“We knew we were after a pandemic project, we just didn’t know what that would look like,” explains Adam. “But when we first visited Percival House, it had an immediate warmth and presence. You could tell it was a family home with a story to tell. I remember David saying it reminded him of his grandmother’s home.”
