To help minimise potential damage and disruption, we recommend:
Securing loose outdoor items such as furniture, bins, and décor
Checking that windows and doors are properly sealed
Parking vehicles away from large trees or areas prone to flooding
During Heavy Rainfall
Please take extra care and avoid unnecessary risks. Do not attempt to enter floodwaters or undertake repairs that may place your safety at risk.

This ensures your request is logged quickly and directed down the appropriate channels
