Big changes are coming to Conveyancing with the upcoming AML/CTF reforms.

This means Conveyancers will soon be legally required to ask more questions, verify more information and complete additional due diligence throughout property transactions.

One of the biggest changes?
Verification of Identity will need to happen at the very beginning of the transaction to help avoid delays later in the process.

Whilst there may be a few extra steps involved, we’re committed to making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients.

With the help of EasyAML, much of this process can be completed securely and efficiently online.

At Think Pink Conveyancing, we’re already preparing for these changes so our clients feel informed, supported and ready when the new requirements come into effect.

One of the biggest reasons Think Pink Conveyancing exists… is these two.

Motherhood completely changed my perspective on life and work. I wanted to build something that allowed me to still be present for the important moments - school events, sports days, assemblies, sick days and all the little everyday moments in between.

Running my own business isn’t always easy, but I’m proud that my kids get to see what hard work, resilience and passion look like.

I hope I’m teaching them that you can build something meaningful, care deeply about people, chase your goals and still make family the priority.
