🏡 HOME VALUES
Adelaide’s median home value is approximately $928,000, following a 0.9% fall in August.

But let’s keep that in perspective — Adelaide property values are still around 8% higher than this time last year.

🔨 AUCTIONS
The latest completed week recorded 94 Adelaide auctions, with a 36.2% clearance rate, down from 46.1% the previous week.

This suggests buyers are becoming more selective and price expectations between buyers and sellers are becoming increasingly important.

🏠 RENTALS
Adelaide rental conditions remain strong, with current asking rents sitting at approximately $699 per week for houses and $558 per week for units.
