Entry-level homes in the north-east corridor are on FIRE. Adelaide's lower-quartile values have jumped 15.6% in the past 12 months — and buyers in that bracket are the most active I've seen all year. Stock is tight, competition is real, and sellers who move NOW are the ones capturing that momentum.

One of the owners I visited this week had no idea their home had grown that much. They'd been sitting on it, thinking "maybe next year." After we walked through the numbers together, they were shocked — in the best possible way.

Rates went up. Again. 📷🏠
Three cuts in 2025 felt like finally catching a breath — then February, March, and May hit.
But here’s what I’m seeing on the ground in Adelaide: the serious buyers didn’t disappear. They adapted.
