Entry-level homes in the north-east corridor are on FIRE. Adelaide's lower-quartile values have jumped 15.6% in the past 12 months — and buyers in that bracket are the most active I've seen all year. Stock is tight, competition is real, and sellers who move NOW are the ones capturing that momentum.
