A big move made easy. 😍

A young family were looking to relocate from Sydney to Melbourne, drawn by the chance to get a larger family home on a good sized block within 10km of the city. Something that just wasn't realistic back in Sydney.

Once their Sydney apartment sold, they engaged us for our full service, wanting to find, buy and move this year. We had a few pockets of Melbourne in mind, with a preference for the north eastern corridor.

Within 3 weeks of engaging, we'd inspected 14 properties. Taking photos, filming videos and doing virtual walkthroughs so the family could stay involved from afar. We ended up securing the very first property we made an offer on, after a couple of days of negotiating! 🥳

We had purchased well under asking price, well under their budget, and well under what they were prepared to pay.

Sometimes you just need a little help in your corner. 🫱

This client was referred to us by their financial planner, after needing some support assessing and negotiating on a home they'd found through a private sale in their preferred location.

When the property first launched, the vendor was hoping for $1.15m. We took the time to properly assess it, had some honest conversations with the selling agent, and waited it out while the vendor's price expectations came back in line with the market. It took almost 4 weeks, but we got there. 😅

We submitted a written offer of $1.06m, subject to building and pest but without a finance clause, to keep it as strong as possible. The vendor accepted, the building and pest inspection came back clean, and the offer is now unconditional.
