🏡 Big changes to Victorian real estate are here.

From 1 October 2026, the Statement of Information is being replaced by the Property Price Statement (PPS) — and it comes with a lot more detail.

Agents will now need to disclose bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces, floor size and land size for the listed property and its comparables. Reserve prices must be published at least 7 days before auction, and sold prices made public within 7 days of a sale going unconditional.

More transparency for buyers. More to prepare for sellers and agents.
