Another massive ceiling transformation complete!

This ceiling replacement covered more than 100m² and was originally filled with Cool or Cosy insulation. We stripped the entire area back, removed the old material and completed a full rebuild:

✅ Electrical disconnection before work and reconnection upon completion
✅ New insulation
✅ New Gyprock ceilings
✅ New cornices
✅ Complete repaint of the entire area

A huge job with an incredible result—fresh, clean and finished to a high standard.

What a transformation!

A few key exterior upgrades have given this home a fresh, modern new look.

Installed a new balustrade to the stairs and front balcony
Repainted the garage door and gable for a fresh finish

🌊 From flood-damaged to fully restored! 🏠✨

The entire downstairs level of this property was affected by flooding, with multiple living areas, two kitchens, a bathroom and the garage all requiring extensive restoration.

Our team has now completed the plaster and carpentry repairs, repairing every affected space ready for the final fit out and paint.

The Queensland Government’s Stronger Homes Grant is still available for eligible homeowners impacted by certain flood and severe weather events.

If you’ve been affected by flooding and are considering resilience upgrades such as electrical modifications, flood-resistant materials or other eligible improvements, it’s worth checking whether you qualify.
