Following on from our last staircase transformation, we’re heading outside!

This external staircase and balustrade overhaul has given the home’s front facade a fresh new look while making access safe and usable again for the homeowner.

More than a facelift, it’s an improvement that makes everyday life easier and helps the owner feel comfortable and confident in their home again.

Wowee, what a transformation! 🤩✨

We gave this staircase a fresh new look with a new balustrade and handrail, and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s come together!

New deck, just in time for summer! ☀️💦

The old pool deck was worn, damaged and unsafe, so it was time for a fresh start. We replaced it with a new deck, giving this pool area a fresh look and a space ready for summer days by the water.

It’s been a busy week across the trades! Here’s a quick look at just a few jobs our team has completed and what’s underway:

⚡ Electrical — Installed new ceiling fans and lights throughout a property, upgraded smoke alarms throughout another property to bring it up to code, and replaced melted kitchen power points.

🏢 Plastering — Work is underway at an 11-storey apartment complex, constructing new riser cupboard walls across all 11 floors to conceal newly installed water pipes, plus repairing ceilings opened up for plumbing work.

🎨 Painting — Full internal and external house repaints, giving homes a fresh look inside and out.

🔨 Carpentry — Replacing a damaged balcony handrail, building a new balcony awning to match the existing building’s character, extending eave overhangs, repairing rotten pergola posts, and replacing fascia and weatherboard cladding to make way for roofing work.

🚪 Handyman — Plenty of painting, patching, door replacements, new locks and screens to round out the week!

Another massive ceiling transformation complete!

This ceiling replacement covered more than 100m² and was originally filled with Cool or Cosy insulation. We stripped the entire area back, removed the old material and completed a full rebuild:

✅ Electrical disconnection before work and reconnection upon completion
✅ New insulation
✅ New Gyprock ceilings
✅ New cornices
✅ Complete repaint of the entire area

A huge job with an incredible result—fresh, clean and finished to a high standard.
