Wrapping up another solid month across the Aurora team 🩵

Our Bulimba, Clayfield and Bayside teams leased 81 properties between them, off the back of 5,229 enquiries, 1,371 tenants through inspections and 619 applications received.

The results speak to what we see every month: properties that are priced right and presented well don't sit around — Clayfield's average days on market came in at just 6.8 this month.
