🎉Zones 2.0 Opening!
V Architecture was proud to attend the opening of the Zones 2.0 project alongside our valued client, Springfield City Group.

Spanning over 2,500m² of gross lettable area, this light industrial precinct brings together office spaces, showrooms, and warehouses in a dynamic and functional environment.

From concept through to completion, it’s been a rewarding journey to be part of this project. As always, a pleasure collaborating with the Springfield team.

👤 Team Spotlight – Anusha Pulapaka

At V Architecture, every project has a story — and often, that story is deeply connected to the people behind it.

For Anusha Pulapaka, Design Lead, the Bundaberg Mixed Use project for Gray Property Invest is a memorable milestone.

“This was the first mixed-use master planning project of my career, and having the opportunity to guide the project through its journey makes it incredibly special.”

The project includes a diverse mix of uses such as a health precinct, food and drink outlets, indoor sport and recreation, early learning facilities, commercial tenancies and over 250 car spaces.

With the Development Application now submitted, we look forward to seeing this project progress further.

🏗️ Bluewater Square – Development Update

Following our previous post on the proposed upgrade of Bluewater Square, Redcliffe, we’re pleased to confirm that the Development Application has now been formally lodged.

This represents an important milestone as the project progresses from concept design into the planning phase.

Phil has been leading the project through its design development, working collaboratively to ensure the proposal responds to both the site context and the needs of the local community.

V Architecture is currently at the starting block of a new project located on a prominent street in South Brisbane.

Zoned high-density residential, the site presents several opportunities for renovation, refurbishment or redevelopment.

At this early pre-design phase, our team is focused on understanding the site’s potential and exploring the possibilities that will shape the project moving forward.

🏬 Ascot Plaza – Hamilton

Ascot Plaza is a significant part of V Architecture’s retail portfolio.

Located at 111 Racecourse Road, Hamilton, the refurbishment of the existing main street retail centre included:
• An expanded covered plaza
• Façade upgrades
• The introduction of Queensland’s first Coles Local store

Coles Local differs from a traditional full-range supermarket by tailoring its offering to suit the specific needs of the surrounding community — reinforcing the importance of context-sensitive retail design.

This project continues to demonstrate how thoughtful refurbishment can enhance both functionality and identity within a neighbourhood centre.

🏗️ Redlynch Central Shopping Centre – Progress Update

Construction continues at Redlynch Central Shopping Centre, with works now well underway on the latest stage of the centre’s expansion.

As previously shared, this project introduces additional retail and commercial space while remaining sensitive to the existing centre and the surrounding community. Having been involved in shaping the Redlynch precinct for more than two decades, it’s exciting to see the project transition from concept to construction once again.

These site visits mark an important stage in delivering long-term outcomes for the Redlynch community.
