There are properties you walk and immediately understand why someone never wanted to leave.

This is one of them.

100 acres of Byron hinterland. Views that go on forever. The kind of space that makes everything else feel quieter.

Privacy like this doesn’t come to market often, and when it does, it doesn’t wait.

DM to arrange a private inspection.

Here’s what 1.675 million gets you at Lennox Head, just 30 minutes down the road from Byron Bay

Tucked away in one of Lennox Head’s most tightly held cul-de-sacs, this beautifully renovated three-bedroom townhouse offers the perfect balance of privacy, lifestyle and modern living.

What I love most is the outlook. You’re overlooking a pristine cricket oval with no neighbours in front of you, giving the home an incredible sense of space and openness.

Inside, everything has been thoughtfully renovated, while outside you’ve got your own lap-style swimming pool, multiple entertaining areas, and all the benefits of a boutique complex of just nine residences.

Whether you’re looking to upsize, downsize, invest or simply enjoy everything Lennox Head has to offer, this is a fantastic coastal town to invest.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling anywhere in the Byron Bay or Lennox Head region, I’d love to have a chat.

57 Centennial Circuit is a fully leased commercial complex in one of Byron Bay’s most tightly held business precincts, and it’s rarely this straightforward.

Strata-titled. Multiple income streams. Strong net yield. The flexibility to hold as a whole or unlock individual lots down the track.

Byron Bay’s commercial market continues to tighten. Vacancies are scarce, demand is consistent, and this precinct isn’t slowing down.

Opportunities like this don’t wait.

Some days the office looks a little different... 🌿

One minute you’re talking contracts, the next you’re standing on 100 acres with views that stop you in your tracks.

This is why I love what I do. Every property has a story, and every now and then you come across one that’s genuinely hard to leave.

Byron Hinterland living at its best.

If you’ve been searching for space, privacy and a lifestyle that’s becoming harder to find, this one is worth a look.

An investment that delivers today, with upside for tomorrow.

Welcome to 57 Centennial Circuit, Byron Bay, a fully leased commercial complex in one of the Northern Rivers’ most tightly held business precincts.

Offering multiple income streams, an attractive net yield, and the flexibility of a fully strata-titled asset, this is far more than a passive investment. Whether you choose to hold for long-term income or unlock future value through the individual strata lots, the opportunity is already built in.

Surrounded by quality businesses and positioned within Byron Bay’s thriving commercial hub, vacancies are scarce, demand remains strong, and the precinct continues to evolve with new businesses and investment.

Investment Highlights:
• Fully leased commercial complex
• Multiple income streams
• Fully strata titled
• Strong investment yield
• Future strata sell-down potential
• Prime Byron Bay location
• Ten on-site car parks
Commercial opportunities of this calibre rarely come to market.

Welcome to Byron Bay real estate done differently.

For nearly two decades, I’ve watched properties move through this region, the ones that sold quickly, the ones that sat, the ones that exceeded expectations. And I’ve learned something that changed how I approach every single transaction.

I started Skene & Co because I believed real estate could be different, less transactional, more relational. Whether it’s a beachfront property, a lifestyle holding, or acreage that’s been tightly held for generations, every property has a next chapter waiting to be written.
The best deals aren’t always found. Sometimes they’re created.

If you’re considering selling something extraordinary, whether it fits the standard mould or it doesn’t, I’d love to have a conversation about what your property deserves.

SOLD OFF MARKET | $8,000,000 | BALLINA | BYRON BAY

Some properties don’t need more marketing - They need the right vision.

For nearly two years, this property occupied a lot of my thinking. Not because of the complexity of the sale, but because I knew how important it was to find the right custodian for its next chapter. The Beach House is one of those rare assets where the future is more exciting than the transaction itself.

Perched above Angels Beach on one of the Northern Rivers’ most spectacular stretches of coastline, this property has always been far more than accommodation. It’s a destination. The challenge was never finding someone to buy it.
The challenge was understanding who could unlock its full potential

That’s what real estate means to me. Understanding people. Understanding business. Understanding what buyers are trying to build long before they make a purchase.

The best deals aren’t always found.

Sometimes they’re created.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this incredible off-market transaction.

The next chapter begins now.

If you’re considering selling a unique property, or looking for opportunities that aren’t advertised to the public, I’d love to have a conversation.

SOLD | 1028 Wilsons Creek Road, Wilsons Creek
Some properties sell quickly 🏡 Others require patience, strategy and finding the right buyer.

This 440-acre Wilsons Creek holding had been in the same family for almost 70 years. It wasn’t just a property sale. It was the passing of a family legacy to the next custodian.

The campaign generated:
• 200+ enquiries
• 30+ private inspections
• 6 genuine offers
• Sold for $4.1 million

What most people don’t see is what happens behind the scenes.

Many inspections took more than two hours. We’d jump in the buggy and explore creek frontages, waterfalls, lookouts, grazing country and sections of the property bordering Nightcap National Park.

Every buyer experienced the property differently.
The challenge wasn’t finding a buyer.

It was finding the right buyer.

A buyer who understood the significance of the land, appreciated its history and saw its future potential.

Congratulations to both the vendors and purchasers on a fantastic result.

If you’re considering selling acreage, a farm, lifestyle property or a unique holding in the Byron hinterland, I’d be happy to share the strategy behind this campaign and how we achieved the outcome.
