Miru is entering an exciting new stage of construction, with works now above ground across all four blocks.

The project is transitioning from superstructure construction into internal works, with internal sheeting underway in Block 3 and services rough-ins commencing in Block 4. Top-level framing is now complete across Blocks 1 and 2, with brickwork progressing across both buildings.

With multiple trades active across the site, Miru’s external façades are beginning to take shape while internal works continue to advance, bringing the development another step closer to completion.

Construction is continuing to progress at Central Park, with major milestones being reached across the site.

Framing and structural works are nearing completion, while roofing is well advanced, allowing installation of the project’s rooftop solar system to continue.

Externally, façade works are progressing well, with scaffolding beginning to come down and revealing the development’s architectural form and final finishes.

Inside the homes, wall linings are nearing completion, with joinery and tiling works now underway as the interiors begin to take shape.

As external works wrap up, landscaping and driveway construction will soon commence, bringing Central Park another step closer to completion.

Central Park continues to take shape.

Key milestones have been reached across the site, with the final slab now poured at Building B and Buildings A and H topping out, marking a significant step forward in the delivery of the project. Building G is set to follow shortly.

Internally, works are now underway within Building A, while framing across Buildings D and E is complete, with cladding to commence in the coming weeks.
