Took a walk along the new Belmont Jetty today after grabbing a coffee from Good One Caffe, and it’s easy to see what a great addition it is for our community. It’s a fantastic place to walk, fish, relax and enjoy the lake. Great to see so many people already making the most of it. If you haven’t had a chance to visit yet, it’s definitely worth checking out.

• 15 groups attending inspection
• 3 groups competing with bids
Though there is absolutely some change in the market the strategy was not to sell fast but push and search for the right buyer at the right time. It was best for the owner and that’s what we did. Huge thanks to the seller for trusting the process and congratulations and a big welcome to Thornton to the new home owners.
