This one felt a little different.

It was a deceased estate with a number of siblings involved, so as you can imagine, there was a lot of emotion tied to the home. It had been well cared for over the years, completely original, but sitting on a prime corner site with so much future potential.

I spoke about that moment where the present and the future align, and this was exactly that.✨

We had two bidders, and in the end it was a very experienced developer who stepped in, saw the opportunity on the day, and secured it in this highly sought-after beachside location.

A great outcome, and one I know meant a lot to the family.
