With young Australians looking for housing which maintains the lifestyle and cultural benefits which come with inner-city living, apartments are unlocking new ways to gain equity when affordability barriers have never been more prevalent. 🏢

For first home buyer, Matt David, his purchase of an apartment at AVID’s Harvest Square complex in Brunswick West, pairs affordability with a prime location.

Matt’s recent purchase of a new build apartment allowed him to access government schemes which has aided his ownership of a high quality, well-constructed property whilst on a single income budget.

Young buyers don’t need to sacrifice location and convenience to enter the property market when apartments are becoming a reasonable entry point for buyers like Matt.
