WE’RE HIRING – SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

We’re looking for a creative, analytical and digitally switched-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to work alongside our existing Social Media Manager and help drive the strategy, performance and growth of our digital presence.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
This role is about more than creating content. It’s about understanding the bigger picture, identifying opportunities and making sure our digital marketing is working as hard as it can.
Think:
📈 Developing and refining social media marketing strategies
💡 Developing creative content ideas and campaign concepts that align with our strategy and goals
🧠 Identifying content opportunities based on audience insights, industry trends and performance analytics
🎯 Identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement, leads and conversions
📉 Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on results and recommending improvements
👀 ABOUT YOU👀
You’ll ideally have:
Previous experience managing social media for a business or brand
Strong experience with Instagram, Facebook AND TikTok
Experience creating Reels and short-form video
An understanding of social media analytics and reporting
A good eye for content and what looks good
An understanding of current trends and social media algorithms
The ability to work independently
Plenty of ideas and the confidence to put them forward
Real estate experience is a bonus - but not essential.
🕐 THE ROLE
Casual | 10–15 hours per week
You’ll work alongside our existing Social Media Manager, bringing specialist knowledge in digital strategy, Meta and analytics to complement the content being created.
This is not a traditional social media management or content-filming role. The focus is on strategy, performance analysis, campaign optimisation and digital growth.
