Construction update — Laguna Waters, Cleveland · May 2026

Wattle is progressing well.

The roof pour is on track for the end of June, with external windows and doors for the lower levels already on their way to site. Global supply timelines have shifted completion to mid next year — a measured pace that's keeping build quality where it should be.

Magnolia is officially home. Residents have moved in (we held a settlement weekend with the new owners) and the early feedback has been exceptional. The new Laguna Grove BBQ and park area has come up beautifully and is getting plenty of use already.

For existing buyers — thanks for your patience as we continue to deliver. For potential buyers — Wattle still has a small number of apartments available, with construction visibly progressing on site.

MAGNOLIA BUILDING OFFICIALLY SETTLED 🎉🔑

What an incredible couple of days here at Laguna Waters…

Yesterday we officially handed over the keys to our Magnolia residents, and what a way to celebrate it 🍾

From Moët & Chandon on ice, fresh brownie towers and iced teas from local favourite Café Julz, to smiling faces and excited new owners walking through their new homes for the very first time — the energy was something special.

It wasn’t just a handover… it was the beginning of a new community.

Today, the building already feels completely alive.
Residents moving in, neighbours meeting each other, the pool being enjoyed, and the newly completed garden and BBQ areas already getting plenty of use.

The lifts have been working overtime, and together with Brenton (Building Manager) we’ve been on hand making sure every move-in runs as smoothly as possible.

To see this building go from plans… to construction… to now full of life — it’s what it’s all about.

Laguna Waters – Construction & Community Update

Here’s the latest update from Laguna Waters, with some exciting progress happening across the development.

Magnolia Building (Building 2)
Magnolia has now reached a major milestone, with construction complete and the building preparing for settlement this month.

With Magnolia now finished, we’ve also completed the second resort-style facilities precinct within Laguna Waters. This beautiful new space includes a large undercover BBQ pavilion, landscaped park area, outdoor seating, and a stunning pool precinct for residents to enjoy.

Inside the Magnolia building, the new communal lounge area has now been fully fitted out, and it’s looking fantastic. The space has been thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating, natural finishes and large windows that connect directly to the outdoor entertaining areas, creating a really relaxed resort-style atmosphere for residents.

It’s great to see this part of the Laguna Waters community now coming to life.

Wattle Building (Building 3)
Construction is progressing well on the Wattle building, with the structure continuing to rise as the team works through the concrete levels. Level 3 concrete works have now been completed, and the project is moving into what the builders call the “typical levels”, where construction generally starts to move a little faster.

The first few levels always take longer due to thicker slabs and additional structural steel, but from this point the team is aiming to progress roughly one level every 3 weeks, keeping the program tracking toward a roof pour around June.

There’s also a number of other works happening around the building:

• Plumbing and drainage installation has commenced on Level 1
• Scaffolding and structural works continue around the building
• Level 2 windows and doors are expected to arrive in the coming weeks

At this stage the construction program is targeting practical completion in the first half of next year, with settlements expected to follow after final inspections and completion works.

On the sales side of things, Wattle is already over 70% sold, which is a fantastic result.

It’s great to see the Laguna Waters community continuing to grow, and we’ll keep sharing updates as construction progresses.

🌿 Laguna Waters – December Construction Update

We’re excited to share the latest progress on the Magnolia building, and things are really taking shape as we move closer to completion in early 2026.

The building is now essentially complete, with final cleaning underway inside the apartments and finishing touches being added throughout the common areas. Landscaping has kicked off and is already transforming the surrounds, with the driveway progressing well and expected to be mostly complete before Christmas. The ground-level and basement carparks are also nearing the final stages, with line-marking now in progress.

Magnolia is looking absolutely fantastic, and we’re thrilled to see the final vision coming together.

The Laguna Waters August Construction Update is Here!

We're thrilled to share the latest progress on the Magnolia building at Laguna Waters! Our team is working diligently to bring this stunning development to life, and we’re on track for a late November move-in. Here’s what’s happening on-site:

* Interior Finishes: All kitchens and skirtings are complete across all levels. Timber flooring is nearly finished, with final painting works underway, starting from the top floors (levels 4, 5, and 6), which are now in lock-up stage for added security.

* Exterior Progress: Balustrade handrails are now also being installed and scaffolding is coming down, starting with the top level, we expect it to be fully removed in about five weeks.

* Planter Boxes & Landscaping: Planter boxes on levels 5 and 6 are complete, with levels 2, 3, and 4 set also to be complete over the coming weeks. Sandstone blocks and 35 planter boxes for the outdoor kitchen area rooftop and perimeter are arriving soon to enhance the landscaping.

* Common Areas & Lobby: The lobby’s main entry sliding door is installed, and internal tiling is in progress, with carpeting due to commence shortly on upper levels. The common area downstairs was sheeted last week and will be tiled next week, with cabinets arriving soon.

* Basement & Driveway: Storage doors are on their way, with basement cleaning and line marking to follow. The driveway has been cut in preparation for steel work and concrete pour.

* Balcony Screens: These are expected in about a month and will be installed using scissor lifts or booms after the scaffolding is removed.

Laguna Waters, Cleveland – Construction for Stage Two (Magnolia) Nearing Completion! 🏡

Exciting progress is unfolding at our Magnolia building, with construction entering its final stages and your future home taking shape beautifully.

Inside the apartments, finishing touches are well underway. Balcony tiling is complete across several levels, internal tiling is almost wrapped up, and luxurious stone benchtops are currently being installed, set for completion by month’s end. Vinyl plank flooring is ready to go in, while the gorgeous timber floors remain protected until all trades are done. Kitchen mirror splashbacks will begin installation next month, adding a stylish final flourish.

Externally, the transformation is just as impressive. Glass balustrade installation begins next month, ready to redefine the façade.

The outdoor kitchen and dining area is also progressing quickly - its roof concrete pour is happening this week, and soon lush garden beds will frame the space, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Scaffolding is set to start coming down, unveiling sleek metal screening and the stunning building exteriors. Ground-level landscaping and planter boxes are also in the works, adding the final touch of greenery.

As we approach the final phase, finishing installations are ramping up. Tapware, rainheads, and appliances including dryers, washing machines, and range hoods are scheduled for installation by the end of this month. Panel lighting is nearly complete, and work on the basement ramp and resident driveway is progressing, with power connections soon to follow.

With practical completion just a few months away, pre-settlement inspections are on the horizon.

Welcome to another construction update of the Laguna Waters development here in Cleveland.

Despite some challenging weather, our team has been pouring passion into the site, with remarkable strides in interior work—painting, tiling, and cabinetry are transforming the space.

Every apartment now shines with completed internal painting, paving the way for exquisite cabinetry and pristine tiling. The wet areas, including bathrooms and laundry floors, are nearly tiled, with shower screens now installed, adding a touch of elegance.

Cabinetry is stealing the spotlight, with our dedicated crew working tirelessly to finalise installations, setting the stage for stunning bench-tops, tap-ware, and appliances to follow.

Interior flooring prep including leveling and cleaning is complete, and we’re eagerly awaiting the delivery of flooring for the living areas to bring it all together.

On the exterior, painting has kicked off with vibrant energy, and tiling will soon follow. The Constructions Group is also channeling their expertise into the next phase of our Resort facilities—the park and barbecue area, set to bloom alongside the Magnolia Building.

A small hiccup with delayed imported finishes and fixtures may shift our completion by a month, moving settlements to September/October. While shipping challenges are beyond our control, we’re doing everything to keep the momentum flowing.

🏗️ Magnolia (Building 2) Construction Update – February 2025 🏗️

Exciting progress is being made at Magnolia, the second building in the Laguna Waters development in Cleveland! With many trades on-site daily, construction remains on track for completion in Q3 this year.

🔨 Latest Progress

✔ Internal Linings Almost Complete – Levels 2-5 have been fully sheeted, and all apartments’ internal linings (plasterboard, etc.) will be finished within the next two weeks.
✔ Windows & Doors Installed – All external windows and doors are now in place, with glazing set to be finalized shortly.
✔ Cabinetry & Tiles Arriving – Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry is set to arrive in the coming weeks, while tiling will begin once materials arrive next week.
✔ Services Completed – All behind-the-wall services have been successfully installed, keeping everything on schedule.

🚧 What’s Next?

🔹 Main Power Connection – The next major step includes running mains power from the electrical transformer.
🔹 BBQ Area Construction – Work on the residents’ BBQ and entertainment area is expected to begin in the next month or two and will be one of the final touches.
🔹 Temporary Driveway Installed – A temporary driveway has been set up at the end of Ross Court to support the smooth progression of construction, particularly for the Wattle Building (Building 3).

Construction Update: Magnolia Building at Laguna Waters

Exciting progress continues at the Magnolia building, with significant milestones achieved across all levels. Here’s the latest update:

• Service Lift Installed: The service lift is now operational, enabling efficient transport of building materials and finishes to all floors.

• Ground Floor: Firewalls are complete, and framing is in place, with services installation currently underway.

• Level 2: Framing and essential services—including electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning—are fully installed. Ceiling rendering on the balconies is complete, and double-glazed external windows and doors have been delivered, with installation already underway.

• Level 3: Framing and ceiling rendering are complete, and services such as electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning are actively being installed.

• Level 4: Similar to Level 3, framing and ceiling rendering are complete, with services installation progressing well.

• Level 5: Framing is complete, with services installation and balcony ceiling rendering now underway.

• Level 6: The concrete roof is now complete, marking a key structural milestone. Firewalls are being installed, with framing and services to follow.

A major highlight is the installation of double-glazed external windows and doors—a significant milestone that paves the way for internal finishes to commence once wall sheeting is complete.
