If you know Romi, you’ll know he’s probably going to hate us making this much fuss about him.
Romi is only 28, which is almost hard to believe when you see the way he carries himself in this industry.
There’s a steadiness about him. Put him in front of an auction crowd and he looks like he’s been doing it for decades. Put him in a room with some of the most experienced and respected people in real estate and he belongs there.
But what we love most is watching how those people respond to him.
Industry leaders who have been doing this for decades genuinely respect Romi. Their faces light up when they see him. They want to stop and have a chat. And when his name comes up, people don’t just talk about his results. They talk about what a great agent he is, what a brilliant auctioneer he has become and, almost always, what a genuinely good guy he is.
That respect says a lot.
Because Romi certainly isn’t going to tell you himself.
He’s far more likely to be talking someone else up, asking how you’re going or finding something nice to say about the person standing next to him.
Meanwhile, quietly, he’s become one of the very best performers in the Barry Plant network.

At 28, that’s an incredible achievement. But knowing Romi, the respect he has earned from his clients, his community, his colleagues and people who have spent a lifetime in this industry probably tells you even more.
He’ll never be the one to tell you how good he is.
So this time, we will.
