What’s happening in the Claremont property market?
The latest Ray White Now Claremont report provides a useful look at how our local market is performing.
As at August, Claremont’s median house price sits at approximately $2.50M, up 9.6% over the past 12 months, while the median unit price has reached approximately $1.07M, up 25.9%.
Stock also remains relatively constrained. There were 20 new listings during August, which was 20% fewer than the same month last year.
The full report looks beyond the headline figures, covering long-term price movements, rental performance, sales across different price brackets and listing volumes.
For anyone considering a move, it’s useful context although, as always, the value and likely buyer response for an individual property will depend on its particular position within the Claremont market.
If you’d like to discuss your property or receive an updated appraisal, I’d be very happy to help.
