An experienced and professional private surveying consultancy. We are a medium sized Tasmanian Private Surveying consultancy with offices sited across northern Tasmania including Devonport, Wynyard, Smithton & Launceston. The firm was established in 2004 with head office situated at 6 Barker Street, Devonport and has staff working on a number of projects throughout Northern Tasmania. Our staff of

10 includes 3 Registered Land Surveyors, 2 Survey Technicians, 2 Draftsman and support staff. Our Registered Land Surveyors each have over 35 years experience in the Surveying Industry and have a wealth of professional expertise that only comes after a lifetime of involvement in the Industry. All staff are trained in quality assurance and a strong emphasis is placed on Occupational Health and Safety in the work environment. Survey staff are proficient in the use of the latest GPS and Total Station Measurement Technology backed by office staff using the latest versions of computer software technology for processing and plan presentation. Our firm undertakes a wide range of surveying and planning tasks, including:

- Subdivision
- Feature & Level Surveys
- Dam Investigation & Volume Surveys
- Boundary Identification & Remark Surveys
- Strata Title Surveys
- Engineering Surveys for large and small construction projects
- RTK GPS Survey

Planning Services include:
- Preparation of Development Applications
- Rezoning Applications
- Estate Development including subdivision layout and project management. Some projects that we have been involved in are a 159 lot residential subdivision at The Tiers, Stony Rise, Devonport a residential subdivision at Tier Hill Rise, Massey Street, Smithton and a residential subdivision at Franklin Court & Franklin Drive, Shearwater together with site engineering surveys for the Ulverstone Bypass, a 32 million dollar road construction project, Sisters Hills (Bass Highway) upgrade, Dilston Bypass road construction projection. Great news!

Our telephone service is back and it Is business as usual!

• Minimum of 2 years Cadastral experience (Tas)
• Proficient in CAD software
