A bit overdue, but this stunning project definitely deserves a spot on the grid!

These linked suites at have been standing since 2021!

Perched on the edge of the Scotts Creek wetlands, the structures have handled years of floodplain elements and the South Australian climate.

Huge credit to our clients, the Byrne family. As multi-generational caretakers of this land, they maintain a 12:1 ratio of conservation land to vineyard—an incredible commitment to the region. It’s a great example of how to approach sensitive, high-conservation sites.

We are so incredibly excited for the official launch of the Monarto Safari Resort ! It’s been a privilege to supply the 20 ultra-luxury safari tents that sit at the heart of this world-class experience.

There is nothing quite like the magic of waking up to giraffes and zebras roaming just meters from your deck.

HAKSA Laos is officially open!📍🇱🇦

The credit for this milestone belongs to Impact Electrons Siam (IES). Delivering a project of this scale in such a remote landscape is an immense achievement; we were simply glad to play a supporting role!

To meet the demands of the terrain, our scope included:

• 7 hybrid Eco Structures tents
• Custom lift and brace systems for the undulating terrain
• Insulated wall and roof systems specialised for tropical conditions
• 120m²+ facility building and modular eco resort room configurations

For us, the “build” is only half of the story. What makes HAKSA special is the depth of IES work:

🤝 Knowledge Exchange: Eco Structures Mike & Justin, trained local indigenous Lao and Thai crews in modular assembly. Those Laos locals now lead the day-to-day operations.

☕️ Community Impact: Through their coffee program, IES provides local farmers with seedlings and training to help improve yields and create long-term economic security.

It is a privilege to work with a client so deeply committed to the people and the land they operate on!
Congratulations to the IES team on this milestone for the region’s renewable future!
