I want to shout out to everyone in Geraldton a huge show of thanks and appreciation to Kylie and Rev from KRB Services.
At the last minute a thorough clean was needed for a property settlement/handover today and this awesome couple were outstanding and worked damn hard and professional to bring this property to a sparkling clean and sanitised standard for a lovely young couple (new to Geraldton) and their 18 month old twins to take possession of today and call home.
Very happy and grateful buyers.
Carpets shampooed, windows washed, full internal clean.
To fit this all in at short notice was above and beyond. Thank you.🙏

Great news.

The Government has this morning announced their HomeBuilders Scheme.

What we know

🛠First Home Buyers who Buy Land and Build up to $750,000 will be Eligible Provided they meet the below conditions. They will also be eligible for their States First Home owners Grant. Here in WA this is $35K for your new home!

🛠Already Owned a House, Not a First Home Buyer? Not a problem. Provided the build is to live in and you meet the below income means you too could potentially be eligible for $25K to build your new home.

For anyone undertaking renovations conditions apply.

🛠Singles must earn no more than $125,000 the previous financial year
🛠couples who earned up to $200,000 will be eligible for the grants.
,🛠Must spend a minimum of $150,000 -$750,000 on the renovation.

🛠The handout will be available from June 4 until December 31 and construction must start within three months of the contract date.
