Attention Residents:

The Body Corporate have approved a Balcony Cleaning schedule for East Quays Residences .

The basic rules:

First Saturday of Every Month starting sat Sept 5th 2026

Cleaning starts at 8am from the top level of each tower

Each level has 30mins to clean

Please Note:
No Chemicals
No washing pet waste or sweeping off dirt to levels below
No excessive water usage

Be mindful and respectful to your neighbours below.

Community Announcement!

A Defibrillator has been donated to East Quays. It is located in Tower 1 Reception.

We sincerely hope our community never needs this lifesaving device, however we are grateful to have peace of mind and have one located here onsite.

One Pour Coffee Wednesdays have been cancelled, Fridays are still on with a new start time of 7.30am - 11.30am.

Good afternoon Tower 1 Residents 🌞

Just a courtesy to advise you that Tower Body Corporate have written to advise there will be some construction works to the roof membrane this Saturday 8 August.

Works are usually scheduled for Monday - Friday, however they are taking advantage of this favourable sunshine to catch up on previous rainy days.

The Committee is greatful for your cooperation.

The EQ Committee are trialling a Car Wash Bay at East Quays!!

The Rules;

The carwash bay can only be used when no rubbish bins are out, if bins are out please do not use, as it means rubbish collection is imminent and ths space must be clear.

Use your own product
Pick up/clean up after yourself
Rubbish to be in the rubbish bin
No double parking - 1 vehicle at a time only.
No use before 7.30 am and after 8.00pm
