Stephen Koukoulas believes that over the next five years, the gap between Melbourne and Australiaā€™s stronger-performing property markets could start to close.

Adelaide, Perth and South East Queensland all had their periods of relative affordability before strong runs followed. Now, with much of that affordability squeezed out, investors may start looking elsewhere for value.
