Our one-into-three lot subdivision has reached an exciting milestone, with development approval now secured.

By purchasing part of a neighbouring property, we were able to create a second street frontage, opening up new possibilities for the site.

On Lot 1, we’ll retain, extend and renovate the existing home, bringing fresh style and modern functionality to the property. Lot 2 will be accessed via an accessway, while Lot 3 will benefit from the second street frontage. 🚧

A fresh roof and a smarter finish in 📍Cherrybrook. 🏡🔨

See the transformation as we replace the existing home’s roof and install a new roof over the carport, bringing the two together for a cohesive finish.

The improvements go beyond what you can see. With no sarking beneath the original roof, we took the opportunity to install this additional protective layer, helping guard against wind-driven rain and dust while supporting the roof’s thermal performance.

It’s another step towards making this home more functional, comfortable and ready for the years ahead.

Project complete and officially handed over at 📍Cremorne Community Health Centre. ✅

We’re proud to have completed the refurbishment works for NSW Health, delivering a refreshed and more functional environment for healthcare staff, patients and visitors.

The project included a comprehensive internal refurbishment across reception, creation of consulting and clinical spaces, along with the replacement of external windows and upgrades to finishes throughout the facility.

Working within a live healthcare environment requires careful planning, coordination and attention to detail, and we’re pleased to have delivered the project to a high standard while supporting the ongoing needs of the facility.

A great result for an important community asset, and another NSW Health project we’re proud to add to the Binai Construction portfolio. 👏🏻

Taking shape in 📍Cherrybrook. 🏡🔨

Work is progressing on this home alteration project, with the new carport beginning to come together.

The brick piers have been carefully matched to the existing home to create a seamless addition, with the steel beams now installed and roof framing underway.

It’s all part of a broader alteration designed to improve the functionality of the home while ensuring the new additions feel considered and connected to the original property.

Progress is taking shape at our 📍Berowra Heights, one-into-three lot subdivision. 🚧

The foundation for the onsite detention tank is now complete, with the Clearform PVC wall system installed and concrete filled, marking another major stage in the subdivision works.

The onsite detention tank will form an important part of the stormwater management system for the three future homes. It is designed to temporarily store stormwater during periods of heavy rainfall and release it at a controlled rate, reducing the flow and velocity of water entering the existing council stormwater network.

This helps ensure the development remains compliant, while minimising the impact of the new homes and reducing future strain on council infrastructure.

A lot goes on below ground before new homes can start taking shape above it. 🏡
