But it's not only about work at The Creative Fringe - it's about creativity. So on the weekends we turn into a venue for amazing workshops run by local artists/makers. These are hands-on and so much fun. They range from mocaicing to kokedams, resin to alcohol ink art and everything in between. Check out our Events page on our website for details. WELL… THIS ESCALATED RATHER QUICKLY. ...🛠 👷‍♀️

Our new mezzanine isn't even built yet, but 3 of the 5 new offices are already leased!

Yep. Before we’ve even started building them.
Our Lookout/Bower and Folly studio private offices are now leased.

Congratulations to our new residents who are very excited to see this happening and we are super excited to be bringing this build to life!

That leaves JUST 2 OFFICES REMAINING for businesses looking to make their next move in 2027.

This folks, is what we call a birthday bomb
I’ve been got good thanks to Shaz Hello Lovely! Workshops and Ben who went all out on the birthday cheer this year. I can’t say I’ve ever had to literally cut my way into the office before .. It’s game on for you two now.
Thanks everyone for all your beautiful messages and calls, I’ve had a wonderful day with coworkers, cake and presents!
