Every home sale is different, and sometimes the best outcomes come from being open to a strategy you hadn't originally considered.

When Rob first met with us, auction wasn't the direction he had in mind. After talking through the process, the market conditions and the reasoning behind our recommendation, he trusted the strategy and backed the plan.
