My name is James De Jesus, I am the Business Development Manager at Realmark Costal. Having been in the industry only a short period of time starting early 2020,I quickly fell in love with the Industry , the people, and the passion. Growing up I was surrounded by real estate, being a landlord myself, my family being investors and having a love for real estate I was destined for the industry. I sta

rted my real estate career as a property manager with a portfolio of 250 properties, this wasn’t easy, but it was done and done well. I quickly excelled, established great relationships with owners and tenants as well as learnt a lot in this time feeling like I've been in the industry for a lot longer than I have. I strongly believe real estate is all about relationships, building and maintaining good relationships with people is the key to our success. Some of my biggest focuses are customer service, transparency with everyone I meet and getting the best results for my clients. When I'm not servicing my clients, I enjoy time with my family, keeping fit in the gym and trying out new local restaurant's/bars.
