🔴Don’t just sign a contract - You can't always change your mind later. Once you have signed the document, it's a done deal. Let your conveyancing team go through the agreement in detail with you first before you commit to something you aren't sure of.
🔴Do take the contract to your conveyancer - you have the right to take the contract with you to read over in detail with your conveyancer first, you don't have to sign on the spot.
