A market-ready workplace with a clear commercial result: leased before completion.

O'Neill's delivered the 1,300 m² speculative suite fitout and lift-lobby upgrade inside a live Docklands office building. The team coordinated demolition, finishes, building services and after-hours works around surrounding tenants and ongoing operations.
