At Boyd Village, interiors are designed to feel as considered as they are effortless.

Crafted by DKO Architecture, each residence balances material warmth with clean, contemporary lines - creating spaces that feel calm, intuitive and deeply liveable. Natural light moves easily through open-plan layouts, while refined finishes bring a quiet sense of quality to everyday moments.

Delivered by Hamilton Marino, the result is a collection of homes where design is not just seen, but experienced, in the way spaces flow, function and support the rhythm of daily life.

This is design that begins from within.

City-shaping development requires long-term thinking.

Completed in 2021, Elizabeth North Stage 1 forms part of the broader 70,000sqm Elizabeth North precinct - a mixed-use destination designed to support Melbourne’s globally recognised Biomedical Precinct.

Delivered by PDG alongside Gray Puksand, WSP, Red Fire, Inhabit, Lovell Chen, Meinhardt Bonacci and Philip Chun, the 30,000sqm project integrates the Royal Melbourne Hospital’s Elizabeth Street campus with retail and commercial uses including Melbourne City Toyota’s flagship centre and Woolworths Metro.

Together, these uses strengthen the surrounding precinct while supporting essential healthcare services and daily city activity.

City-shaping projects succeed when they bring together institutions, services and community in one connected place.

At Abode318, architecture leads the experience.

Designed in collaboration with Elenberg Fraser, the tower was conceived to maximise liveability at every level - from its slender form rising above State Library Victoria to interiors shaped by light, outlook and efficiency.

The building’s orientation captures uninterrupted western views, while two dedicated levels of amenity and an elevated Sky Lounge reflect a considered approach to vertical living. Every element works together to create a home that feels connected to Melbourne, yet distinctly elevated above it.

A design defined by clarity, purpose and place.

At Prima Tower, daily life is shaped by moments of calm, clarity and restoration.

From the infinity-edge pool overlooking the city to dedicated spaces for movement, retreat and connection, each amenity has been designed to support a more balanced way of living.

This is not simply a collection of facilities, but a considered environment where wellbeing is embedded into the rhythm of everyday life - morning swims, quiet resets, and evenings spent high above the city.

A life lived well begins at home.

A defining presence on Melbourne’s skyline.

Rising above Southbank, Prima Tower has become an unmistakable landmark that is visible from vantage points across the city and beyond. Designed by PDG’s in-house team, with common areas by Bates Smart, the tower brings together architectural clarity and elevated living in one of Melbourne’s most vibrant precincts.

Its glass façade captures the movement of the city by day and the glow of the skyline by night, reflecting Melbourne back onto itself. More than a residence, Prima Tower represents a moment where design, scale and ambition came together to shape the city’s silhouette.

Every building contributes to the story of a city.

Located in Southbank, Prima forms part of Melbourne’s evolving skyline - bringing new homes into one of the city’s most vibrant cultural precincts.

With views across the CBD, the Yarra and Port Phillip Bay, the tower connects residents to the energy of Melbourne while creating a vertical community in the heart of the city.

Because shaping a city is about more than height - it’s about how people live within it.

Progress, beneath the surface.

At Adderley Street, a major milestone has been reached, with piling now complete and excavation underway, laying the groundwork for a new address in West Melbourne.

Soon to rise: a considered collection of build-to-rent residences shaped by design, light and liveability, bringing a refined, modern presence to one of the city’s evolving neighbourhoods.

While much of this work happens out of sight, it marks the beginning of something lasting — a place designed not just to live, but to feel connected to the rhythm of the city.

The vision is taking shape.

Indi Southbank reflects a deliberate, design-led response to the realities of build-to-rent living.

In collaboration with DKO and Hamilton Marino, the architectural approach balances density with liveability - shaping a building that fosters genuine community, not just occupancy. The design engages its urban context through an activated podium and colonnade, creating a human-scaled interface along Kings Way while introducing a distinctive rhythm through its staggered balcony façade.

Critically, the building’s orientation shifts away from the intensity of the arterial edge, establishing its primary address and communal focus toward Boyd Park. This decision anchors the development in its landscape setting - prioritising amenity, outlook and resident experience.

Indi Southbank demonstrates how considered architectural thinking can support long-term operational performance, resident retention and community formation, key drivers in the evolution of the BTR sector.

Elizabeth North is redefining everyday convenience in the heart of Melbourne’s biomedical precinct.

From a morning coffee at the Lobby Café to essential retail at Woolworths Metro, the precinct brings together the services and spaces that support modern city living. At its core, world-class health facilities from the Royal Melbourne Hospital sit alongside vibrant retail and public spaces, creating a place designed not just to work but to live well.

Framed by laneways, a ground floor town square and considered public realm, Elizabeth North reflects a new kind of city-making - connected, accessible and designed for people.
