🌱 A big step for our little locals!

The Journey Early Learning childcare centre at Silkwater Plains is now complete, marking an exciting milestone for our growing Tatura community. 🏡

With outdoor play spaces for little ones to explore, the centre is a welcome addition to the neighbourhood, bringing early learning closer to home and adding everyday convenience for local families.

And there’s plenty happening beyond the playground, too! Our latest aerial images show completed homes, gardens taking shape and construction continuing throughout the estate. It’s wonderful to see Silkwater Plains coming to life as a place where families can grow, neighbours can connect and new chapters can begin.

🏡 The first homes are taking shape at Woodlands, Nagambie!

When we shared our last drone update in late July, home construction was yet to begin. Fast forward to September, and several homes are now underway, an exciting milestone for this growing community!

Alongside the first home builds, further works are progressing across the site, with visible changes since our last visit. It’s exciting to see Woodlands taking shape, both on the ground and from above. 🌱

Meet Jemima 👋

Jemima is a key part of Koham Property’s marketing team, with more than five years of experience across the property industry and a background spanning administration, property management and marketing.

At Koham, she focuses on the digital side of marketing, managing the day-to-day presence of our active projects across social media, property listings and digital platforms.

From keeping listings accurate and up to date through to maintaining the Koham brand online and coordinating marketing collateral, Jemima helps make sure every project is presented consistently and professionally.

Working closely with both the marketing and sales teams, she plays an important role in keeping everything current, on-brand and moving in the right direction.

Julie is the creative force behind Koham Property, bringing more than 20 years of experience across brand, marketing, real estate and design.

At Koham, she leads our in-house marketing and creative function, overseeing how each project is positioned, presented and brought to market from the very beginning.

From brand creation, logos and messaging through to campaign assets, digital, content and on-ground marketing, Julie makes sure every element works together and supports the sales strategy behind each project.

Having marketing handled in-house is a huge part of the way Koham operates. It means strategy, creative and ex*****on can move quickly, stay aligned and respond to what’s happening in the market in real time.

With a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of how buyers engage with property, Julie plays a major role in shaping how our projects are seen, experienced and ultimately sold.
