A Building & Pest Inspection isn’t just important for buyers — it matters just as much for sellers here in Queensland.

For buyers, it’s about clarity and confidence. Understanding the true condition of a property before you commit can save you from unexpected costs and give you the ability to negotiate (or step away) if needed.

For sellers, it’s about preparation and control. Knowing what might come up in a report before you go to market means no surprises during negotiations — and puts you in a stronger position when offers are on the table.
