WATER METER UPDATE: Please see updated information we got from the City of Gold Coast today........and so it begins individual water meters for Somerset Views 🙌

The meters were read 27/8/2026.

The individual sub meters were transferred to individual accounts 28/8/2026. They will then appear on the individual lot notices on the next water notice approximately end November/ early December 2026.

This is absolutely amazing in our 5 years of Managing Somerset Views we have never seen it this low once individual water bills are in place closer to the end of the year there are going to be some super happy Owners 👏
