📢 Community Notice – Lawn Mowing Scheduled for Friday

Please be advised that the common property lawns will be mowed tomorrow, Friday.

Due to the recent water meter installations, residents of Lots 1–55 are kindly requested not to leave vehicles parked in the Body Corporate section of the driveway during mowing operations. If possible, please park your vehicle in your garage to assist with access and ensure the work can be completed safely and efficiently.

Every effort has been made to clean up and remove as many of the small rocks and loose debris from the area as possible; however, we appreciate your cooperation in keeping vehicles clear of the work zone.

With school holidays approaching, we kindly ask all parents and guardians to have a chat with their children about appropriate behaviour when playing within our community and using the shared facilities.
There have recently been several incidents involving unsupervised children and teenagers disrespecting the facilities, and in some cases causing wilful damage.
If your children have friends visiting the complex, we ask that you also speak with them about the expected behaviour while onsite. Ultimately, lot owners and residents are responsible for the behaviour of any guests they invite into the complex.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping keep our community safe, respectful, and enjoyable for all residents.
