We’ve been quiet on here for a while, because we’ve been flat out on the tools.

Since 2019, AFM has grown almost entirely through word of mouth: repairing, maintaining and cleaning for shopping centres, schools, aged care facilities, warehouses, hospitals and homes across Brisbane and Moreton Bay.

🛠️ We recently tackled a project for a client at a vacant commercial property, where unauthorized entry had taken place. We cleared all the debris, enhanced security with the installation of imitation cameras and top-notch solar sensor lights, and repaired a compromised chain wire gate to prevent further access. 🚧💡

But that's not all – we fortified the property's soffits by integrating timber framing into the eaves and securing plywood to areas weakened by rain, eliminating potential entry points for vandals.

Some photos of a couple of jobs at one of our local Shopping Centre's. We removed the existing top latches to the doors of the bin area and drilled into the concrete to install new, more secure locks. Repaired a lock plate on the door that had come loose and the client also needed a small painting job done 🔒🛠️
